The finish
I create my painted furniture by building up layers of colour rather than applying a single flat colour. This allows subtle variations in tone and metallic highlights to show through the surface.
The finish is deliberately organic and individual, so you may notice gentle variations in colour and texture. These are part of the hand-painted character and are what make each piece unique.
These are not newly manufactured reproduction tables — they are vintage furniture that has been carefully prepared, refinished and given a new lease of life by hand.
